This commissioned work is of the Spitting Caves on the shores of Oahu’s Southeast coast near Diamond Head. The buyer stated, “I’ve spent 40 years looking at the ocean. Spot on. Thank you!” As always, it is a humbling thing to get to produce a remembrance meaningful to those who honor me with commissioned work for them. I hope that it brings them many years of enjoyment and reconnection to a meaningful place in their memories and their hearts.
