This painting is among the first of a series entitled, Water, Wind, and Other Wonders. I have been working on developing my skills in water presentations. From only a place of gratitude for the opportunity to paint at all, I have to say this one turned out better than I was expecting! I am especially pleased with how the light is vibrantly coming through the peaks of each wave! Having grown up near the ocean, it has been a wonderful journey back to the places of my youth.
